Last week, Koru and I spent a lovely time in Mt. Shasta. We happened to be there during the Solar Eclipse, which was the apex of a very intense transformational eclipse cycle. According to my friend and Koru’s papa, Sharu, who is an awesome Vedic Astrologer, this eclipse cycle was about getting real with yourself, your ideals, your boundaries, and who you really are.
How perfect that we went up to the top of Mt. Shasta to film this video blog with the most powerful core Kundalini Yoga meditation all about your “I AM” presence! Koru and I went up with our friends Jewel and Michael, awesome shamanic healers, to do a ceremony. Before we did the ceremony, we filmed this Sat Kriya Meditation.
What an amazing Solar Eclipse day it was. Earlier in the day, my dear friend Jewel treated me to Stewart Mineral Springs and babysat Koru in trade for a liver flush package. It was so rejuvenating! I hadn’t had more than 5 minutes to myself at a hot spring since Koru was born! So you are seeing the rejuvenated Jaya!
The beginning of the video is a little dark and the picture quality suffers from it, but one minute in, after I show a special gift Koru received from the Mountain, the sun comes out for a breathtakingly beautiful scene.
